Reiki in childcare / Schools

It is our intention to offer a comprehensive understanding of Energy work & Mindfulness to individuals, staff & teams working in the childcare sector (including nurseries & schools), which will benefit both themselves & ultimately the children they are working with.

All to often, we are hearing about the increased pressures felt by Teachers & Carers but there is often little alternative offered than 'time off sick'.  We feel that by having a greater understanding of our own bodies, stress levels & triggers, so we are able to find solution & support on a universal level.

As at home, if children are surrounded by calm individuals who are able to remain grounded during the day, then they will have a greater opportunity to flourish in a safe & held environment.

We are privileged to work with a team of experts who have put together a unique Reiki Course that is designed to meet the needs of Carers & Teachers.

The course includes modules in:
